Sammelband mit Beiträgen der Trotzki-Konferenz in Havanna (Mai 2019)

Vor kurzem erschien in Sao Paulo, Brasilien, ein Sammelband mit Beiträgen der Trotzki-Konferenz, die im Mai 2019 in Havanna stattgefunden hat. Der 535 Seiten umfassende Band kann gratis aus dem Netz heruntergeladen werden – siehe die Links unten. Er enthält Texte auf Portugiesisch, Kastilisch (Spanisch) und Englisch.

Der Herausgeber Flô Menendez ist ein brasilianischer Musikwissenschaftler und Komponist, von dem eine Aufsatzsammlung und einige in Fachpublikationen der Neuen Musik erschienene Essays auf Deutsch vorliegen. Über ihn:

Der Band, der wohl nur als pdf und als e-book herausgekommen ist und der den Titel und Untertitel „Trotzkismen auf Kuba – Porträt einer Konferenz/Begegnung“ trägt, enthält Beiträge unter anderem von Helmut Dahmer (über Walter Benjamin und Leo Trotzki), Paul Le Blanc, Eric Toussaint, Roberto Massari, Bryan Palmer und dem kubanischen Organisator der Konferenz Frank García Hernández.

After a lot of work, and independently and without financial resources, I managed to edit in PDF and eBook, so we won this stage: the book came out, ISBN and everything!!!

In the future, there will be the possibility of „print on demand“, but this option will probably be restricted to Brazil. This will not prevent copies from being printed for future events.

In any case, it was a victory, and I ask you to publicize the book as much as possible, especially in the current phase that Cuba is going through!

¡Es con gran alegría que les escribo para pasar el enlace a todos para que puedan descargar el libro con casi todas las contribuciones de nuestro evento cubano!

Después de mucho trabajo, y de forma independiente y sin recursos económicos, logré editar en PDF y eBook, así que ganamos esta etapa: salió el libro, ISBN y todo!!!

En el futuro, existirá la posibilidad de „impresión bajo demanda“, pero esta opción probablemente estará restringida a Brasil. Esto no evitará que se impriman copias para eventos futuros.

En cualquier caso, fue una victoria, y les pido que publiquen el libro lo más posible, ¡¡especialmente en la fase actual que atraviesa Cuba!
